Who we are

KWAA is an organization of volunteers involved in the Alcoholics Anonymous program who operate and manage the administerial duties required for area 86 district 2 of the AA organization.

What data do we collect?

We collect data from the number of forms and our chat feature on our site. The only data we collect is the data that you provide us when submitting a form, or interacting with the tawk.to chat feature, we do not collect any other background data.

We do not save any cookies on your browser for this site.

Who we share your data with

Any data that is provided to us is not shared with any other person or organization.

How long we retain your data

When you submit a form on this site, we retain the submitted data on the site for 90 days, after which it is automatically trashed. The Meeting change form retains submitted entries for one year (365 days) for better record keeping, it is deleted after one year. We do not retain IP addresses or user data when you visit this site, however our chat plugin will record that a visit was made to the site. The data collected by the Tawk.to chat feature is anonymous and cannot be used to identify anybody.

What rights you have over your data

At anytime you can contact webmaster@kwaa.ca to inquire about the nature of the data you have submitted to this site. Upon request we can delete any provided data or give you the data you have submitted.
